The employees were so nice and kept in contact so we never wondered how things were coming along because they were in touch the whole time. They even had my car ready a day ahead of time. Also, my car looked gorgeous when I picked it up! I have had a lot of need for cosmetic vehicle repair in the past and never has a shop cleaned my car inside and out so well that it looked brand new, they even took the time to make my tires gleam! I called Bills right after I slid on some black ice to let them know my car would be towed there. The first thing they asked was if was ok. They were caring and friendly throughout the whole experience. When my car was done, they had cleaned it inside and out, and they kept us updated during the process. My car took a few days longer than expected, and they gave me a rental car to use until my car was finished. If we need any work done in the future, we will use Bill’s!

In December there was an accident with my Jeep Grand Cherokee. If was after hours, I did not check any reviews but simply had it towed to your shop due to the proximity of the accident. I had expectations that you would repair my jeep, which you did. What I didn’t have any experience with is dealing with insurance, the estimates and payments. You did all of that for me which was a great relief. Last, when I picked up my Jeep up, it was meticulously detailed. Some of the best customer service I've ever received!! Not only did they repair my van back to new, clean and detail it to perfection, they were also very easy to work with and really made us feel like they truly value their customers. When I picked my van up they had it on and warmed up as it was snowing out! When I had to bring my van back in a few weeks later, they did everything to make it as easy and quick as possible for me.
